Especially the part about teaching a beginner how to use the computer! When I was still a software applications trainer, I was trying to get some folks (aged in their 50s) to learn a new application. I said :"Students, with your mouse, point to this button." And you know what the students did? They literally put their physical mouse onto the monitor where the button was.
